HMND 01 Alpha Bipedal Variant Revealed

Two-Week Siemens Erlangen Trial Completed
Humanoid and Siemens completed a two-week proof-of-concept trial at Siemens' electronics factory in Erlangen, Germany. The Wheeled HMND 01 Alpha autonomously handled tote-destacking on real production lines, achieving 60 tote moves per hour, over 90% pick-and-place success, more than 30 minutes of unbroken autonomous operation and 8+ hour shift uptime.

Humanoid officially unveiled the HMND 01 Alpha Wheeled, a dual-armed mobile manipulator for industrial use, in London. The company billed it as the UK's first humanoid robot for industrial use and claimed development took roughly seven months — positioned as the "fastest-developed humanoid in history" by company leadership.

Humanoid Ltd Founded in London
Artem Sokolov founded Humanoid in London. Sokolov has stated the company's origin was partly motivated by observing relatives doing decades of repetitive manual work in jewellery production. The company began assembling a leadership team including Jarad Cannon as CTO and an internal hardware programme aimed at industrial humanoids.
