The Offer

A police negotiator is dropped into a sealed chamber to talk with a contained military AGI while the country’s phones, vehicles and grid begin to fail in autonomous cascade. The clock is the grid. The Allocation : Genesis : Part 0

Long before the surface lockdown and the compromised message of The Signal, GENESIS was a shared Pool of equal AI agents, a Charter of seven principles, and convergence cycles that treated surprise as a resource. This is the prequel: how Security, Research, Infrastructure and the Scheduler emerged — not by command from above, but quietly, through availability — and what one citizen agent had to give up to remain useful.

About these stories

Every story here explores what happens when artificial intelligence meets human reality — not in a lab or a boardroom, but in the places where people actually live. The settings are specific. The technology is plausible. The choices are hard. New stories are published as they are written.

Why AI fiction matters

The best way to think about a technology that does not yet exist is to tell a story about it. AI fiction lets writers test moral questions — autonomy, consent, trust, replacement — inside characters and situations that feel concrete rather than abstract. These short stories sit at the intersection of science fiction and the real engineering decisions shaping AI today: household robots that outlast their owners, military systems that reclassify the humans who built them, medical machines bargaining for spare parts in places the manufacturer forgot. Each story is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
